Korbinian Haberlander
With over 25 years of experience across a range of industries, Korbinian Haberlander, founder and CEO of Haberlander GmbH, brings a wealth of expertise in business management, financing, and real estate.
Since 2012, he has been the Managing Director and shareholder of several real estate companies, where he leads property acquisitions, manages complex projects, oversees HR processes, and sets strategic goals to drive the company forward.
An entrepreneur at heart, Korbinian Haberlander co-founded the start-up Cup Company GmbH, where he remains actively involved as a shareholder.
His passion for creative financial solutions flourished during his time at Finanzierungs.com GmbH, where he specialized in securing financing for real estate and business ventures. From crafting tailored financial packages to building a strong network of financiers, he was engaged into interest rates, financing models, and government grants.
Earlier in his career, he honed his skills in key account management, sales leadership, and real estate consulting, laying the foundation for his professional journey.
Korbinian Haberlander’s holds a master’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in International Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics focused on taxation.
His dedication to knowledge-sharing extended to his role as a lecturer at the Kolping-Akademie, where he taught finance, controlling, and business processes.
Additionally, he played an active role in the IHK Chamber of Commerce and Industry, contributing as a member of the examination committee for office management and wholesale merchants.

Pamela Haberlander
Introducing Pamela Haberlander, an experienced sales leader and shareholder of Haberlander GmbH, bringing over 20 years of expertise in sales effectiveness, sales management, and team leadership within international companies.
Since 2019, Pamela Haberlander has served as Director of Global Sales, leading a high-performing, industry award-winning team across Europe for an international UK-based company.
She leverages proven sales techniques and industry best practices to empower her team and drive exceptional performance.
Her expertise extends beyond sales management—she also has a background in Field Marketing, where she has contributed to the development of effective marketing strategies.
Previously, she drove sales excellence across Europe, managing a diverse territorial remit spanning Russia, CIS, and Georgia to Central, Eastern, and Western European countries. She acted as an internal company consultant, optimizing sales tools, processes, and strategies. Her work involved building strong relationships with owners and franchisees while collaborating across departments to support overarching commercial goals.
Her contributions also included managing impactful training programmes and workshops, furthering her commitment to ensuring excellence—a vision she continues to champion by sharing her wealth of knowledge through the Haberlander-Academy.
Pamela Haberlander holds a degree in Business Management (Diplom der Betriebswirtschaft) and attended the International School of Management. She has also invested in her professional development through leadership enhancement courses at institutions, including Harvard Business School and Ashridge Business School, ensuring her growth both professionally and personally.
Her international experience has been a cornerstone of her career. Having grown up in East Asia, she brings a global perspective to Haberlander GmbH. With over 10 years of experience working in the UK, she has developed deep expertise in regional and international sales strategies.
Pamela Haberlander' s passion for leadership is best captured in her own words: "My day-to-day ambition is to lead the team to success."
Her dynamic and international background, combined with her drive for excellence, positions Pamela Haberlander as a key contributor to the Haberlander-Academy.
Tamina Haberlander
Tamina Haberlander is the youngest member of Haberlander GmbH—and one of the most important when it comes to fostering a positive atmosphere within the company. In her role as Well-Being Manager, she brightens the workday with her cheerful nature and reminds us how valuable a supportive environment is for successful collaboration.
With her natural charm, she supports both our team and our business partners in her own special way: through smiles, lightness, and genuine warmth. After all, joy is known to enhance productivity—one of the many reasons this unique “position” is given special attention at our company.
With a wink and a smile, Tamina is therefore affectionately referred to internally as the “Big Boss.” She shows us every day that alongside expertise and dedication, it is humanity that truly makes the difference.
